ALM is increasing active in the purchase and sale of large Head of State and corporate aircraft. Our recent transactions have included:

Evaluation of Airbus and Boeing corporate aircraft products from both a technical, operational and commercial perspective.

Negotiation of purchase agreements of several narrowbody and widebody corporate aircraft for Head of State clients including warranties, guarantees and support agreements for both airframes and engines.

Development and co-ordination of interior layout specification with industrial designers to negotiation of outfitting agreements with qualified contractors and subsequent performance monitoring to completion.
